Okay everyone....I know the BIG meet is over, but we still want to hear from everyone! People hit this site all the time, but they are not writting! I want to know what everyone is up to!? Hey...someone needs to ask Jodi about her "goose" encounter! She seems to be taking over the kind of life situation I used to find myself in! (through no fault of my own of course).

I'm gone from the blog for a day or two and youre telling stories about me???
OK OK, here's what happened. I was out walking/jogging through Craighead Forest when suddenly Paul Bunyan's goose jumped on the path in front of me. It was at least 6 or 7 feet tall--and had no intention of letting me pass. I ran at it, pretending not to be afraid and it stood its ground and hissed at me. I tried going around it and it stepped sideways toward me. I can still see the red insides of that thing's mouth! Anyway, I got Brennah and said, "Get a stick sweetheart, there's an angry goose on the path." Brennah looked at me with pity and kept running. I flanked her shouting, "slow down! slow down! I cant keep up with you and it's going to attack us!"...but she didn't. She ran right by that goose monster and I stayed on the other side of her all the way.
And as Forrest Gump would say...that's all I have to say about that.
OH my! I would have LOVED to see you running past that BIG goose!!! Did you take some bread with you the next time? You could feed him and hopefully make friends!!!
I'm thinking of trying to find a human sized hamster ball to run in so nothin' will git me!
