BLOGGERS NEEDED!

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a good weekend. (I don't know all the details yet....but I know Jodi did!). Any way, we need some conversation here!!!!! I know several are still checking in to see if there is any news, but it seems like the lookers aren't talkin'! Soooo...I'll update everyone on my life. Lori and her pretend husband (who we refer to as "Sponge Bob") are now split, and I'm so glad I didn't break down and clean her (Lori's) bedroom while she was moved out-cuz she's back in it again. Altho it was hard moving her and the girls home, and the house is a wreck (worse than ever) we are glad to have the girls back. Jack and I have decided we are officially too old to be moving furniture any more.

Tomorrow is the first day of the new school year, and the girls are so excited. Olivia is going into the first grade, and Sophie the fourth. Lori may have a job soon....hold your breath Cory--if she gets it, she will be a tech rep for AT&T. That is if she makes it to the interview. (?)

Mom (aka Aunt Earnie) gets to see how the "state of the art new school cafeteria" will perform and she is excited about that. I don't know how she keeps up with all those ovens! Now she will have a larger group of elementary kids shouting the words to "Y.M.C.A."! She plays it for them when they have been good (and of course eaten their lunch). All the kids think it's just the coolest!

Brennah and Asa will be taking that monster step to college very soon, so let's all pray they ban all the frat parties!

Jack and I are wore out from moving furniture, and I would take the day off tomorrow except I'd have to sit here and look at the mess-so I'll go on to work for some peace and quiet!!! Now what are ya'll up to?

Howdi all!

Thanks for the update Sandi, yaw been busy.

Well, as for us ... we got our second cutting of hay up last week. One more to go.... and then I'm selling the wagons, baler, haybine & rake! After Alyx graduates high school, gonna give up horses and take up fishin again. I can hardly wait. Alyx will be at Michigan State University for the state 4-H finals this Friday. Wish her luck!!! Truly though, I think she is more excited about volleyball and her upcoming senior year.

Julaine is home for a week. Her summer semester is over. It is so nice to see her for a while, not just a weekend. Did I tell yaw that she made the Dean's list? Whoooooohoooooooo she is a hard workin girl!!

After States on Friday, we will all head up north to Deb's mom's place on the lake for fun and fishin. And stainin the deck that I rebuilt for her a couple weeks ago.

My water garden is just beautiful... I wish yaw could see it. There are hundreds of baby fish and inch or so long. The colors and different textures of plants and flowers are awesome. I love to relax there for a half hour after work, feed the fish and chill.

Well, that's all folks (for now)

love yaw
Orrin

Moving furinture is for those under 25! Have Lori use me as a reference....I practically own AT&T! :) Ok, maybe not....but she can still use me as a reference.

Hope Aunt Ernie's kitchen is up to snuff! Those kids better know how lucky they are to eat like they do!

I miss you guys....And I don't mean that in an Eddie Haskell kind of way! ;)

We miss everyone too. Wish we were all closer. I don't think I'll say anything to Lori about you....don't want to tarnish your good reputation lol! Actually, she is a hard worker WHEN she decides to work.

Orrin....strange as it sounds, you make me want to sit and stare at fish! Never thought about that but if it helps relax ya, I'm all for it. Makin' the deans list is great! Sounds like you all got it "all together". Just think of all the time you'll have when all the hay and horses are gone! You and Deb will have plenty of time to come visit! Oh..and a special good luck for Alyx!!

It was good to hear some news. Thanks guys!
Love, Sandi
