For all of those that knew and loved Uncle Pete, I am so sorry for your loss. From what I have gleaned, he was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. You are in my prayers and in my heart.
Sarah has spoken to be about Uncle Pete, but sadly, I never met, spoke or corresponded with him. That is my loss.
As for the upcoming reunion, I will make every effort to attend. It would be shameful to let another Ladd pass without sharing their wit, their passion and their stories of life and livin.
You will be in my heart and in my prayers.

Orrin....don't think for a moment that just because you didn't get to spend time with Uncle Pete that he did not think about you, or ask about you. He wanted to know about ALL of us....and he knew everyone's names, and that's the honest truth! (did I just say "honest truth?.....hmmmm, bet you thought all truth was honest, huh???). Any way, he always wanted to know about Gabbey and if anyone knew about you all. I know he thought about you all more times than you could imagine. You all were also in his heart. No doubt about that.
