WE GOT SOME "PEEKERS" Okay you all....I have it on good trustful authority that we have kin folks "peeking" and "reading" but not posting! Can you believe it!!!??? Now for you "peekers" (I know there is a real cool cyber word for "peekers" but I just can't thunk of it)...any way, if you don't know how to get on board, sign up for a google account, it's really easy to do that. Just your name and password, and then email Jodi for the details of getting on. I'd tell ya, but I'm not even sure how I made it! Jodi's email is:
j.hutchison@suddenlink.net
Join the fun! Oh yeah, and if you want to make yourself look real popular, keep looking at your own profile....it counts how many people looked at it and every time YOU go into it, it adds another one! Cool, huh? I go into mine about 10 times a day just so I'll have more hits than my sister Debbey! (just don't tell her that).
I'd love to hear some child hood stories and I'm sure everyone else would too. If you can't think of any.....make 'em up. Your siblings will say it ain't so, but the rest of us won't know WHO to believe. In fact, I think at the reunion we should have an award for the best story! If anyone has some idea's for "festivities" please send them out. We got to get this show on the road. Also, we need to nominate someone as SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE or as I like to call it, the main common tater. So send in your thoughts!
Oh, one last thing....who is good at designing? We need to all order T-shirts to commemorate the day! At one of the Ladd/Dunivan reunions last year they sold shirts and coffee mugs. They also had an auction, but that probably wouldn't work since so many have to travel and besides, who needs the money??? LOL! (actually the Ladd/Dunivan reunion donated proceeds for a scholarship). Some how I don't see us doing that.
If labor day sounds good to everyone I will call and get a group rate at the Holiday Inn. I think that would be the best place to stay. Course anyone that wants too is more than welcome to stay at my place--but just remember if you do, you're on your own. You just have to walk in and make yourself at home because I'm past the age of caring if I'm a good hostess. I'll tell you where the blankets are, but you will have to search for your own food and get it yourself. There's usually lots of "kids" here, so be prepared for noise. If you can handle that you are more than welcome! ...sincerely!Sandi

Thanks for the tip Sandi! I've been to my profile 48 times this morning! I'll pass ya'll in no time!
whooooooooooooohooooooooooooo
^__*
Speaking of tips, is there a way to attach photos to comments? I'd love to include a couple photos of my girls and Deb.
Orrin
I've tried to get Mr. David on but he is having technical difficulties. I also told him if Aunt Shirley posts before him, he's a dead man.
I'm kind of at a disadvantage with the stories -- not being around and being sooo young and all! And sorry for the misunderstanding about old versus older thing.... I've been trying to quit smoking and my damn fingers are so fat, I can't control my typing sometimes! I'll make it up to you by clicking on your profile 20 times.
And it sounded like you were nominating yourself for Speaker of the House.......You can have my vote!
Last thing -- can ya start naming names? I've posted about 10 times, without swearing, and an 'F' bomb is bound to slip!
OK Sandstress...I looked at that title and thought, "OH NO! What's a Peeker! Do they itch? How did Sandi get Peekers? Do the kids have them too?" Then I was afraid to read the rest.
All I can say is...whew.
Love,
Jodi
I think you can get a prescription for that. If not, then call a meeting and have a laying on of hands.
Psst, I think the internet term is "lurkers", not "peekers".
Okay Sandra Kay, first of all you only THINK people believe all those stories you make up.Second of all we should have prizes for things---that can be proved--like people who traveled the farthest, largest family, cutest(why didn't you post a picture?want me to post one for you?),Thirdly Vicki and Jodi have started talking about making arrangements, fortunately Vicki volunteered to help because arrangements like these are what she does for a living I think it would take a lot of stress off the older ones -not you Cory the other older ones- but she wants some input she already has a lot of info on places to stay but wants to make everyone happy so get with them.
AND everyone believe Sandi when she says there are a lot of kids at her house and you will have to take care of yourself. She really does enjoy company and everyone is welcome there--hey let's have it at Sandi's house!
guess who?? I'm the PEEKER.hahahahahha
no, i'm the real peeker :)
peek-a-boo I see you
so many pretenders!
ARRGGHHH...you pesty lurkin peeker peckers! You think I can't get your ISP number? I KNOW who you are!
Cory, glad you're getting thru the smoking cessation with no tensions! LOL! Gee, you make it sound so easy to quit! and nooo....I'm not volunteering to be the mouth piece, I know my sisters have given you the wrong impression of me because actually I am very shy and reserved. So we will have to keep looking.
As for you DEBBEY...NOOOO, I WILL post my own pic. And if you dare put up the swim suit issue you will be barred from the reunion.
Hey...Orrin...how many "hits" you got on your profile now?
Sandi
Oh..I forgot to comment to Debbey, we can certainly meet at my house. Jack and I had our class reunion here, why not family?? What ever you guys want to do is fine with me....at the very least--maybe for those that can stay a little longer we could get together here. ?? You know I can get the Old Cafe if we need too. Lot's of people have reunions there. And boy! what memories for us, huh? And you know what else? That is where Mom and Dad first met! But if we do something there, I need to know right away so I can book it. Just a thought.
Please let me know what I can do to help!
Orrin
Orrin...don't worry--you'll be sent your orders from headquarters as soon as "the girls" get the plans together. What would you LIKE to do? How many of you have musical talents? My brother Jimmy is in a gospel group, and plays many instruments and is a wonderful vocalist. I'm hoping his group can give in to a little entertainment altho I haven't talked to him about it yet.
I just wonder if any of you all sing or play instruments? We could have a little hootin nanny for part of the event. Let us know! I don't suppose you have Karoke equipment do you? That might be fun too. Surely someone does! Who knows, the night might get wild and crazy and we need to be prepared! Everyone has something special to offer. This is our first chance to all be a part of each other. It's gonna be great! I just know it!
